Leading the Church
The Church Council meets every other month to review offerings, the budget, review ministry updates, attendance, and programming. Currently on it is Cindy Blair (chair), Darlene Koontz (treasurer), Alma Andrews (SPRC Chair), Sonny Moreland (Board of Trustee rep), and Lisa Harvey (Lay Member to Annual Conference).

Caring for the Church
The Board of Trustees typically manages the church building and property. They ensure there are repairs when things need fixing. Currently, Sonny Moreland is the representative of the Deaf church on the Board of Trustees.
Missions
Missions Committee
Ministry and Mission
The Missions Committee is committed to supporting the church’s mission to serving the community and the world. It meets every other month to discuss and review the church’s ministry and missions. They also provide updates to the Church Council. Current ministries include
- Deaf Blind Ministry – visiting DeafBlind people in the community.
- Community Outreach to ALI.
- Visiting a nearby Assisted Living facility that has Deaf and hard of hearing residents.
- Supporting the Winter Soup Fest – an all you can eat soup and fellowship.
